We are currently seeking compassionate team players to join our team at Desert Cottages. Ideal candidates will have a genuine passion for working with the elderly and a desire for long-term employment with opportunities for growth. Requirements for the ideal candidate include:
Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to work with the elderly.
Knowledge in Dementia, Alzheimer's and/or DD experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including day, evening, or live-in options.

CPR & First Aid Certification
All prospective employees must be actively certified in First Aid. Please note that Infant First Aid Certification does not satisfy the First Aid Certification requirement and our requirements are for First Aid only.
